Manager, Clinical Registries

The Clinical Registries Manager is a professional possessing the in-depth knowledge and experience to provide oversight and management of all Clinical Registry Programs. The Clinical Registries Manager must have a background in project management (ideally in healthcare), possess exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects. This position will work collaboratively with the Information Technology and Data Analytics Divisions to organize, track, and complete data projects for the Acute Care Division to include Regional Hospital Trauma Registry and the Texas RAC Data Collaborative.

Responsibilities include:
- coordinating meetings related to registry projects
- negotiating and managing internal and external registry related contracts
- developing marketing materials and providing updates/suggestions for registry website
- manages registry billing
- facilitates committee discussions to achieve consensus on registry functions and directions
- participate in registry development planning
- assist in the development of registry training materials and implementation.

Crisis Response Clinician, The Center for Health Care Services

These are Center for Health Care Services (CHCS) positions within a STRAC/STCC run program.

Crisis Response Clinicians (CRC) work in collaboration with public safety agencies to include law enforcement and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) under the guidance of The Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council (STRAC). As part of this team, the Crisis Response Clinician will respond to 9-1-1 mental health-related calls. The CRC serves as the subject matter expert in triage, assessment, de-escalation, and care navigation. Provides direct services for consumers, and completes associated case management documentation for the consumer and program. Works within a multidisciplinary team to provide an array of direct (face-to-face) and indirect clinical services to adults in a person-centered, trauma-informed, individualized focused approach utilizing evidenced-based practices delivered to fidelity. These services are delivered in multiple types of settings including field-based services in the individual’s home or other identified locations as well as clinic-based services. Individuals served may have multi-system involvement such as Criminal Justice, Child, and Adult Welfare, Veterans, Homelessness, etc.

Multidisciplinary Teams Coordinator, Southwest Texas Crisis Collaborative (STCC):Reports to Crisis Response & Resiliency Manager

Will report to duty at the STRAC Main Office and will use that location as a workspace when appropriate. This position is primarily field based and the employee will be provided with a response vehicle to utilize during their shift. Additional duties include responding to calls and/or follow ups alongside the teams to provide operational oversight, leaning on the team members for their expertise in their subject matter.

Edwards County EMS in Rocksprings, TX is hiring personnel for EMS Coverage

We are looking for On-Call as well as PRN ECAs, EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics for Edwards County EMS in Rocksprings, TX. On-Call Positions will respond when toned out and applicants must live within a 15 minute drive distance from the EMS Station in Rocksprings. On-Call Shifts available in 12 hour blocks, and they run from 0600-1800 and 1800-0600hrs. PRN Positions are available in 12 or 24 hr Blocks and they are for EMTs, AEMTs/EMT-I, and Paramedics.

Pay is hourly, and sleeping quarters are available for personnel needing to commute to Rocksprings from afar.
