The Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council searches for talented vendors and qualified suppliers from all segments of the community it serves. STRAC has contracts with vendors to purchase goods and services as necessary to ensure the highest level of patient care throughout the Texas Trauma Service Area – P while reducing death and disability related to acute illness, injury, and disaster. The Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council STRAC will receive signed electronic submissions for current bids until the deadline of that bid.
